In Fogón, we have created a closed-door gastronomic experience that explores new ways of serving the Argentine classics of Asado. While sitting in our bar, you will see, feel and experience different cooking techniques on the grill, in a close and personal way. Our goal is to create a memorable evening for each guest, more enriching than going to a restaurant. The assado tasting menu includes the best cuts of meat available and seasonal vegetables roasted over the fire. Our chefs have designed the menu to combine new grill techniques with tried and true Argentine recipes, which elevate the Asado to new a new level.
